I can't imagine what typo the customer who gave one star was relying on. There is also a 25 lb bag and maybe the price they saw was for that. My birds love this stuff and my only regret is that some parts (being selective) they waste, but that is classic for birds. They are picky. I give the wasted parts to the wild birds outside.

I was looking for a conure food for my birds. Kaytee is a bit pricey. It is almost all seeds. Tiny seeds. Perhaps this food is more suited for a parakeet? My birds sort of liked it. I had to feed them twice a day or fill their bowl twice a day b/c they either ate too much, the food turned to dust/powder quickly or they threw it out of the cage.
